Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Carry out the promotion and sales process of the Company's insurance services.
• Provide appropriate consultation, stimulate client interest by understanding their specific needs, preferences and budget considerations, present tailored solutions, and conduct meetings.
• Attract new clients and conduct the contract conclusion process with them.
• Develop the portfolio of existing clients, offer additional insurance services, and ensure the contract renewal process.
• Resolve clients' objections and concerns during the sales process.
• Follow up on client inquiries and record the necessary data in the automated computer program used in the Company.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitors' offers.
• Carry out the relevant instructions given by the immediate supervisor in the prescribed manner and within the set deadlines.
