We are looking for a strong, self-directed Senior Mobile Product Designer to launch a new outdoor product from scratch. The work is 0→1: find the idea, build the MVP, test it, read the metrics and improve the product in fast iterations.

At Digitalchemy we build mobile apps that make life simpler and brighter for millions of people. Our portfolio spans utilities and health apps. More than 300 million downloads, 20 million active users and a portfolio of 50+ apps are the work of a team of 50+ people across 7 countries.
We are looking for a strong, self-directed Senior Mobile Product Designer to launch a new outdoor product from scratch. The work is 0→1: find the idea, build the MVP, test it, read the metrics and improve the product in fast iterations.
What you will be doing
Own product design end to end: from niche research and the MVP release to shipping a full product and growing it.
Take part in discovery: validate product niches through the concept → prototype → test → decision (keep / kill / reshape) cycle, together with the Product Manager.
Work with the Product Manager on metrics (Firebase / GA4): find the drop-off, form hypotheses, test them and improve the product from the data.
Run research (interviews, usability testing, and your own niche and competitor research behind every hypothesis).
Work on in-app monetisation
Create and maintain the design system, and keep the product's UX consistent.
