We are seeking a passionate Senior Java Software Engineer with a strong focus on delivery to strengthen our Name and Media Screening engineering team. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications
- Drive continuous integration and improvements
- Act as an experienced Scrum Master, coach the pod in Scrum practices, facilitate effective ceremonies, and remove impediments to enable continuous improvement and predictable delivery
- Work closely with the rest of the pod to ensure delivery of a robust and sustainable solution meeting business requirements with consideration of user experience
- Ensure alignment to the organizational guidelines, principles, standards and processes
- Work closely with and advise Business Analysts, Testers and Management on all technical matters
