We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Core Domain Services (CDS) team and help drive the evolution of the bank’s core digital capabilities. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and the Bank Core team, ensuring that incoming requests are properly analyzed, structured, and transformed into scalable service/API-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze, and manage requests coming from internal business and technical teams related to Core Domain Services.
- Gather, clarify, and document business, functional, and integration requirements.
- Act as the main communication bridge between CDS, requesting teams, and the Bank Core (Oracle) team.
- Analyze whether requested functionality can be covered by existing core-banking capabilities or requires new implementation.
- Create clear and structured tasks, specifications, and change requests for the Bank Core team when needed.
- Work with CDS architects, developers, and other stakeholders to define API-oriented solutions aligned with domain boundaries.
- Participate in solution discussions involving banking products, customer flows, payments, accounts, onboarding, cards, and related financial processes.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, impact analysis, and release readiness activities.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable from request to delivery.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process and service improvement.
