Our client, one of the systemic Greek banks. According to the cooperation and growth plans, Project Manager will play a key leadership role in the digital transformation of the organization, being a part of the larger program.
Responsibilities
- Act as an on-site communicator and coordinator across multiple development teams
- Manage expectations of stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
- Oversee planning, commitment, and delivery of the current project scope in partnership with the team
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain steady project progress
- Engage in extensive communication with customer stakeholders to align on team-level requirements
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and clarify team roles, optimizing team effectiveness
- Coordinates product teams and ensures smooth delivery of technical solutions
- Ensures coordination and alignment between delivery teams and migration teams
