UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows and interfaces for Bank’s products.
• Design for customer-facing products and internal tools used by staff.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs appropriate to each stage of an initiative.
• Design error states, empty states, loading states, and edge cases - not only the primary flow.
• Contribute design input during discovery and requirements, before specifications are finalized.
• Maintain the design system as a versioned, documented, living asset with a clear change process.
• Work with front-end developers to keep the design system and the code component library aligned.
• Review product analytics with the Data and Analytics team to identify where users struggle or drop off.
• Work embedded with product teams - participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Produce developer-ready handoff with specifications, assets, interaction notes, and all interface states.
