We are seeking an experienced M365 Admin Architect to support an M365 Admin Governance and Power Platform Remediation engagement. This platform-enablement workstream pairs hands-on remediation of Power Platform technical debt with validation and targeted remediation of an existing governance plan, ensuring production solutions have accountable owners, run on managed environment stacks, and can be operated independently by the client after the engagement.

Responsibilities

Validate the existing Power Platform governance plan against the current tenant and environment configuration, producing a control-evidence and decision register (complete, ongoing, needs review, or remediation gap)
Design the pilot access and escalation matrix, and confirm the M365/Power Platform administrator coverage model, privileged roles, and operating cadence
Design pilot destination-environment controls — DLP, access, environment routing, and ALM settings — for assets migrating into the governed Dev/Test/Prod stack
Own tenant, identity, governance, DLP, access, licensing, and administrative operating-model design for work implemented by the Power Platform Engineer
