Systems Software Manager, Display Driver

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 system software engineers to drive new feature development and general support for GPU device drivers.
• Balance priorities among end-user, partner, OS, and chip bring-up requirements.
• Develop ambitious but realistic engineering plans aligned with those priorities. You and your team will be accountable for plan development and execution.
• Contribute to our evolving process in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, robust kernel mode device drivers.
• Coach the engineers in the team to increase their technical and leadership skill and help them identify and achieve career goals.
• Collaborate with teams across software, hardware, QA, marketing, and release planning to solve problems, release quality products, and influence GPU and SOC direction.
• What we need to see
• BSEE/CS or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in developing system software or equivalent, 2+ years managing software developers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
