We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to own the product and the user experience — from analysing customer needs and spotting new opportunities through to shaping the roadmap, setting the tasks and seeing delivery through. What you will be doing: growing existing features and looking for new opportunities for the product.

- We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to own the product and the user experience — from analysing customer needs and spotting new opportunities through to shaping the roadmap, setting the tasks and seeing delivery through.
- What you will be doing:
- Analyse customer needs, the market and competitors' solutions.
- Shape and maintain the product roadmap, manage the backlog and prioritise the work.
- Work side by side with BAs, designers, developers and QA.
- Retire outdated features that cost support effort or make the user experience worse.
- Experience managing a product, a backlog and a roadmap.
- An understanding of interface design principles for desktop and mobile.
- The ability to analyse the product, the user experience and its core metrics.
