• Partner cross-functionally: Improve intake and routing with Strategic Sourcing based on complexity, risk, and business impact; translate business needs into process and system requirements with IT and Enterprise Systems.
• Measure and act on outcomes: Track cycle time, volume, service levels, adoption, compliance, and employee experience, and use that data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decisions and priorities.
• Enable self-service
• Build SOPs, playbooks, training, and resources that make procurement easier for Boxers to navigate while leveraging AI tools and agents.
• Serve as an escalation point: Bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional issues, applying sound judgment across speed, employee experience, cost, scalability, controls, and risk to drive resolution.
