Post-Implementation Consultant - Master Data Management Platform

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary SME for Veeva Network, providing proactive guidance on aligning system capabilities with evolving business requirements and industry regulations
• Environmental Governance
• Manage the critical "Network-to-CRM" interface, ensuring the integrity of end-to-end data flows and validating the accuracy of Data Change Requests (DCRs)
• System Optimization & Continuity
• Own the long-term performance of the Network environment, proactively managing the environment to identify technical debt and ensure optimal performance
• Best Practice Guidance
• Act as a "guardrail" for customers, recommending industry-standard configurations for match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions to prevent system degradation
• Process Evolution
• Partner with customers to refine their internal data governance processes, ensuring they maximize the value of their Veeva investment post-go-live
• Configuration Enhancements: Independently execute technical tasks within the customer’s environment, including data model updates and system audits
