Staff Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Identify, frame and lead strategically important problems where the path is ambiguous, dependencies span teams, and decisions involve meaningful customer, commercial, regulatory or operational trade-offs
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, ML, design, research, risk and operations, bringing an independent technical perspective that influences strategy and turns it into measurable outcomes
• Set and evolve best practices for experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, optimisation and decision science, choosing methods that are proportionate to the decision and its risks
