Responsibilities
- Lead automation initiatives — design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (Workato, Bloomreach, AI platforms).
- Architect solutions — define integration patterns, design APIs/webhooks, and ensure that automations are resilient, performant, and secure.
- Standardize practices — establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring to ensure consistency and reliability across all automation projects.
- Drive quality and governance — introduce best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and audit processes.
- Collaborate across teams — work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership — mentor junior automation developers, conduct technical reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
