Securities & Digital Assets Custody Specialist

Responsibilities

• Organize securities custody operations and manage client securities accounts.
• Cooperate with the Central Depository of Armenia and international custodians.
• Oversee securities transfers, trade settlement, and corporate actions.
• Perform daily reconciliation of client asset balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor digital asset wallets, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Operate digital asset custody systems and oversee transaction approval procedures.
• Ensure segregation of client assets and compliance with internal control requirements.
• Investigate technical and operational issues related to transactions.
• Collaborate with IT, information security, and compliance teams.
• Manage securities custody and digital asset safekeeping operations at Zetta Capital, a newly forming investment company with Griffin Capital as its shareholder. The role involves ensuring the secure custody, accurate recordkeeping, and proper processing of client assets and transactions.
