- What you will be doing:
- Creating results-driven creatives: testing hypotheses, scaling the formats that work
- Studying products and competitors, proposing improvements and new approaches
- Making active use of AI tools to speed up and improve production
- Initiative: you do not wait to be handed a task, you propose ideas and improvements yourself
