We seek a talented Senior/Lead Analyst with BI who is passionate about developing strategies based on data insights to significantly enhance the efficiency and productivity of our clients' services. Our BI analysts possess experience across various business domains, technologies, and product design.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Build data models to support both current needs and strategic business objectives
- Directly handle data operations influencing the outcome of the final product/service including data cleansing, validation, and profiling
- Engage in modern architectural solution design (DWH, Data Lake, etc.)
- Collaborate with various data specialists (Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects) as a primary data source provider
- Work with stakeholders at all levels, project and technical managers throughout the product lifecycle
- Plan and conduct requirement discovery sessions identifying dependencies and blockers by engaging stakeholders from both business and IT
- Identify and address issues related to current and future data states, improving data quality
- Prototype business needs using various BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Influence development processes through backlog management
