We are looking for a Lead .NET Software Engineer who is passionate about building modern AI-powered applications and can drive technical excellence across the full technology stack. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable cloud-native solutions, integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise products, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET and C#
Drive the architecture and integration of AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents
Oversee the development of cloud-native solutions utilizing modern Azure services
Guide front-end development efforts using modern JavaScript frameworks
Define and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and AI engineers to deliver business value
Ensure application scalability, security, maintainability, and performance across projects
Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decision-making
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices within the team
Establish engineering standards, processes, and quality guidelines
