Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative platform capabilities.
• Solve complex business challenges through a combination of configuration, custom development, and system integrations.
• Build scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and other platform tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware technologies such as Boomi.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Support Salesforce applications connected through managed packages and third-party GTM platforms.
• Follow development best practices, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and release management.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using tools such as Copado and Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing excellent support to internal users.
