Sr. Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering - Public Sector

Responsibilities

• The Sr. Engagement Manager delivers measurable impact for our Public Sector customers as well as at the Business Unit (BU) or Regional team level in the Forward Deployed Engineering organization. You will own and independently scope multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives to solve problems with no clear precedent, operating with high autonomy in high-stakes environments.
• Mentorship: Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go-to resource for peers on complex projects.
• Sales Strategy: Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Proficient thought leadership, increasingly viewed as an external expert in the industry.
