Responsibilities

Develop data-driven hypotheses for in-app A/B tests across key marketing funnels (onboarding, paywall, upsell, retention) and maintain a structured testing roadmap and backlog
Plan, prioritize, and manage the full A/B testing lifecycle — from hypothesis through execution to results analysis
Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders to scope, build, and launch experiments
Define success metrics and KPIs for each test; ensure proper data tracking and instrumentation is in place for accurate measurement
Monitor live experiments for data quality, statistical significance, and anomalies; proactively flag and remove blockers that could delay launches or compromise results
Analyze test outcomes and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations; communicate status and results to relevant stakeholders throughout the process
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each experiment (hypothesis, setup, audience, duration, results, next steps).
