As an Intelligent Automation Solution Architect at EPAM, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions for our global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and architect scalable solutions leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Business Process Management (BPM).

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end solution design for intelligent automation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical requirements
Assess current business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization
Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation for automation solutions
Select and integrate appropriate automation platforms and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
Oversee the implementation and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring best practices and quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful automation initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in intelligent automation and related technologies
