Project Manager - Large-Scale Signage Projects (U.S. Market)

Responsibilities

• Manage large signage projects from post-award handoff through production, installation and closeout.
• Review project scope, contracts, drawings, specifications and schedules, and clarify missing or conflicting information.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, task lists and assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate work across design, engineering, purchasing, production, shipping and installation teams.
• Communicate with U.S. clients, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Track approvals, RFIs, submittals, project revisions, change requests and other essential documentation.
• Monitor schedules, costs and project risks, identifying potential problems and delays early.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, coordinate solutions and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Provide clear progress updates and coordinate final project documentation and closeout.
