We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Tabby Card Activation team. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, acting as a playing coach who stays hands-on with the codebase while driving architectural decisions, engineering excellence and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead large cross-team projects and drive them to production.
- Oversee technical debt management and incident handling.
- Drive the effective adoption of AI tools and practices across the SDLC and team processes to improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition.
- Build cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency.
- Monitor key team performance indicators.
