Product Engineer - Passport

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
• Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
• Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
• Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
