We are seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale our core data platform infrastructure. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our data landscape on Snowflake and ClickHouse (leveraging Fivetran for ingestion) and driving our lakehouse migration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance data platform infrastructure
- Configure, optimize, and manage data ingestion pipelines using Fivetran to support enterprise data flows
- Drive lakehouse migration initiatives, utilizing cutting-edge techniques such as AI-assisted SQL transpiling to streamline and accelerate code conversion
- Ensure platform security, high availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with modern data engineering best practices
- as a technical mentor to junior engineers, conducting code reviews, sharing knowledge, and fostering technical growth within the team
