AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an AI Engineer who will be focused on building and optimizing our agentic AI analyst, giving you the chance to tune agent behavior, measure agent performance, and add capabilities.
• All software engineers at Omni operate across our technology stack to solve customer problems, and our engineering culture is focused on shipping quickly and iteratively while maintaining high bars for performance and quality. We develop with AI and coding agents, but we expect our engineers to know when to trust their agent, when not to, and when to not even bother asking.
• 3-10+ years of experience building production software, proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM systems in production, working on some or all of these topics: agent harnesses, context management, retrieval, eval, or post-training.
• Experience building data products and AI-ready interfaces
• Passionate, supportive team with extensive experience in the space (including founders from Looker and Stitch Data) all working together to win as a team
