Senior Switch Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Explore networking features, protocols, hardware/software capabilities, and open-source drivers to build and improve networking platforms.
• Identify and evaluate new innovations, initiatives, and software partners aligned with business needs and technology roadmaps.
• Define robust embedded software architectures for next-generation Switch platforms optimized for AI/ML workloads and high-performance operations.
• Lead R&D and Validation teams with technical guidelines, ongoing support, and thorough reviews of build and test plans.
• Collaborate closely with architects across Chip
• Build, Firmware, Hardware Platforms, and System teams.
• Partner with product marketing, program managers, and account managers to drive successful project execution.
• Lead engagements with key customers in groundbreaking edge-technology fields.
• Drive innovation through Proof-of-Concept (PoC) developments, patents, white papers, and active participation in industry forums and working groups.
