Senior Contractual Specialist

Responsibilities

• Evoca is seeking a Senior Contractual Specialist who will be responsible for verifying the legality and validity of documents certifying the rights to properties pledged in favor of the Bank within the framework of loan applications. The role will involve providing necessary legal support and consultation to the Bank’s employees and, when necessary, legal consultation to the Bank’s customers, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal regulations.
