Staff Software Engineer, App Promotion

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the App Promotion objective and App Install Optimization, owning delivery from beta through GA.
• Partner with Product
• Design, and PMM to define and refine the advertiser experience for App Promotion in Ads Manager, including campaign creation, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Work with Ads Quality, ML, and infra teams to ensure robust serving, modeling, and experimentation for app promotion campaigns.
• Collaborate with Measurement, Reporting, and
• Partner teams to close SKAN and MMP attribution gaps and ensure App Promotion reporting is accurate and trusted.
• Establish and maintain strong engineering practices for App Promotion, including design reviews, experimentation standards, on-call, monitoring, and incident response.
• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team of engineers; foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and operational excellence.
