SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing Management. Secure, maintain, and leverage the Group's B2B licenses across global regulated markets.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance & Licensing Management
- Secure, maintain, and leverage the Group's B2B licenses across global regulated markets.
- Ensure all proprietary software, games, and sportsbook platforms strictly comply with international regulatory standards.
- Manage regulatory risks across diverse jurisdictions and maintain seamless alignment with local regulators.
- Partner Onboarding & Technical Oversight
- Lead a team dedicated to onboarding and monitoring Turnkey and White Label partners.
- Ensure technical compliance of all solutions and products delivered to business clients.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the B2B compliance team.
- Act as a key liaison between B2B clients, product developers, legal counsel, and external auditors.
