We are looking for an HR Automation Specialist to join our HR Automation team. The HR Automation team is the engine that powers our employee experience by creating scalable, innovative systems that free our people to focus on what they do best.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy automation solutions across the full employee lifecycle: recruiting → onboarding → development → offboarding
Monitor and optimise existing automations: track metrics, identify bottlenecks, iterate on solutions, and build efficient systems
Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate people-operations problems into technical workflows — you’re the “bridge” between business and automation
