We are seeking a Senior-level Delivery Manager (Director level) to ensure the end-to-end successful delivery of complex programs, projects or multiple workstreams within the Data and Analytics domain. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in the financial services sector with a proven reputation for excellence and leadership in delivering data-driven solutions for major industry players.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts
- Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per the selected delivery model
- Act as a single point of responsibility for all delivery-related matters including escalations, upsells and ramp-downs
- Ensure sound skills and seniority staffing according to the delivery roadmap
- Provide technical leadership ensuring future-proof architecture and high technical quality standards
- Coordinate between multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients
- Address client issues and manage engagement risks
- Coordinate preparation of client proposals and statements of work
- Support sales activities, participate in bids and provide technical and management expertise to win new business
