Lead Engineer (Drupal / Web Platforms)

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, development, and delivery of complex digital projects across multiple client engagements
• Partner with strategy, design, production, and engineering teams to define technical approaches and delivery plans
• Serve as a technical lead and point of contact for client stakeholders
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications and CMS-driven platforms
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and evaluate technical feasibility for integrations and new features
• Guide engineering standards, code quality, and architectural best practices across projects
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
• Assess technical health of active projects and recommend improvements or modernization opportunities
• Collaborate on project planning, estimation, technical scoping, and delivery strategy
• Contribute to internal tooling, workflows, and engineering culture initiatives
