SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. Our headquarter is located in Yerevan, Armenia, and this role requires relocation.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives (e.g., operating model redesign, cost efficiency programs, digital transformation)
Manage and coach a team of 2+ junior team members, ensuring professional growth and high-quality output
Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and business verticals to ensure strategic and operational alignment
Develop and deliver clear, data-driven status updates, executive dashboards, and board-ready materials
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums with mid- and senior-level stakeholders
Champion change management and internal communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems
Track and report on project KPIs and business impact metrics to ensure measurable success
Act as the accountable owner for your projects, driving delivery from strategy to execution
