We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Live Quality & Operations Supervisor to oversee live gaming activities, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and operational excellence across all shifts. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of live gaming operations, and fluency in both Turkish and English to effectively manage communication and team performance.

Responsibilities

Shift Preparation & Handover: Arrive before shift start to review updates, previous shift reports, and employee performance.
Pre-Shift Readiness
Conduct appearance and uniform checks, verify game knowledge of new employees, and ensure technical readiness.
Operational Supervision
Monitor all live tables, manage real-time technical and gameplay issues, and ensure smooth transitions between dealers.
Quality Control: Observe dealer performance, provide timely feedback, initiate corrective measures, and ensure service excellence.
Team Training & Coaching: Coordinate retraining sessions for underperforming staff, and provide ongoing feedback for performance improvement.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain detailed shift reports, track incidents, and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
Studio Oversight: Supervise the condition of the studio, including table presentation, uniform standards, and equipment functionality.
