We are seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to guide and manage the creation and collaboration of cloud engineering teams, with typical team sizes ranging from 20 to 50 FTE. In this role, you will align delivery to business and client goals, establish development and support processes from scratch, and integrate project metrics like RPO and RTO for effective operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cloud engineering teams (20–50 FTE)
- Establish development and support processes, integrating project metrics such as RPO and RTO
- Conduct audits and ensure transparent delivery for stakeholders
- Facilitate discipline growth through mentoring, R&D, and accelerator innovation
- Engage directly with clients to resolve conflicts and manage dependencies
- Support pre-sales efforts, including proposal development and customer presentations
- Drive delivery based on data insights while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Demonstrate proficiency in security, compliance, and well-architected cloud principles
- Represent the organization at professional events, conferences, and meetups
- Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to diverse audiences
