Responsibilities

Keep our performance team’s AI setup running and make it better. That includes Dify with alerts and agents in Slack, MCP connectors to ClickHouse and other services, and managing model API keys and keeping an eye on what we spend on them.
Take what the team builds with agents (Claude Code, vibe coding) and get it production-ready, in a form we can actually maintain.
Work agent-first: if agents wrote the code, agents maintain it. No rewriting everything by hand the old-school way.
Ship things safely: nothing exposed to the internet, nothing breaking.
Build AI tools that automate performance marketing workflows and help the team move faster.
Spot where a new platform or tool would make a difference, and own the rollout yourself.
Document our infrastructure.
Help the team bring AI into their day-to-day work with templates, scripts, and training.
Measure the impact of what we roll out: speed, quality, errors, and costs before and after.
Work with our IT team on the company’s shared AI infrastructure.
