Product Owner, Home Vertical

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Home vertical end-to-end, from concept through launch and scale
• Define the MVP, prioritize features, and drive fast iteration cycles based on user and market feedback
• Build the business case: market sizing, unit economics, monetisation model, competitive positioning
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial/partnerships teams to ship
• Set up and own key product metrics (conversion, GMV, retention, listing quality, etc.) and report against them
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships (developers, agencies, banks/mortgage providers, if relevant)
• Build and eventually lead a small team as the vertical matures
