In this customer-facing technical role, you will partner closely with sales, product, engineering, and machine learning teams to guide enterprise customers from initial discovery through production deployment. You will help define how the company delivers technical engagements across Europe, connecting customer needs with product direction and reliable AI deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery to understand data architectures, technical constraints, and business needs.
- Scope and deliver proofs of value, from technical validation through production commitments.
- Run demos, address technical objections, and lead architecture discussions with senior engineers and enterprise stakeholders.
- Develop reusable discovery frameworks, demo narratives, objection handling, and reference architectures.
- Turn customer constraints and edge cases into actionable product feedback for engineering teams.
- Partner with machine learning and infrastructure teams to deliver deployments that meet customer expectations.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
