Cloud Engagement Leader AWS Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Partner with EPAM's Financial Services Business Unit to deliver high-quality AWS engagements and expand cloud presence within the portfolio
• Collaborate with AWS senior leaders in Financial Services to amplify the joint value proposition and create differentiated customer impact
• Engage with Director-, VP-, and C‐level client executives as a trusted AWS technology advisor
• Build and accelerate strategic relationships with AWS, cultivating strong alignment with key stakeholders
• Identify, develop, and close cloud transformation opportunities, driving growth across the portfolio
• Serve as the Cloud Transformation leader for Financial Services clients, contributing in roles such as Engagement Manager
• Lead Consultant, Architect, Delivery Leader, or Program Leader, depending on business needs
• Lead AWS deal development efforts as a player‐coach, supporting and orchestrating strategic pursuits across EPAM
• Mentor and enable Client Partners and Senior Delivery Leaders in cloud business best practices
• Ability to travel up to 25-50%
