UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping through to final high-fidelity UI and interaction design.
• Design intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex workflows including dataset configuration, contributor task management, quality review dashboards, and client delivery portals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to ensure every design decision is grounded in real user needs across both client and contributor experiences.
• Develop and maintain Emetlab's design system, establishing visual patterns, component libraries, and interaction guidelines that scale with the product.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Operations teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, well-implemented, and delivered with fidelity.
• Create information architecture and data visualisation design that makes complex quality metrics, pipeline statuses, and dataset analytics immediately comprehensible.
• Champion clarity and usability at every level of the design process, ensuring the platform is efficient and delightful for users ranging from AI researchers to domain experts across 120+ countries.
