Data Research Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities using GIS systems, mapping platforms, public records, county websites, and other online databases
• Search geographic areas and identify properties that meet specific acquisition criteria
• Analyze property information, including ownership, parcel information, property characteristics, location, and other relevant data
• Build and maintain detailed property lists and acquisition databases
• Accurately enter property and ownership information into Google Sheets and Excel
• Research property owners and identify the correct individuals or entities associated with each property
• Conduct skip tracing to locate owner contact information, including phone numbers and other available contact details
• Cross-reference information from multiple sources to verify accuracy
• Research hard-to-find information and investigate discrepancies when data does not match
• Keep databases organized, clean, complete, and up to date
