Responsibilities

  • You will join a cross-functional team that owns metrics collection and ingestion end to end, from the agent running on customer hosts and Kubernetes nodes to ingestion and processing in the Sysdig backend.
  • Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will solve performance, scalability and correctness problems across the whole pipeline.
  • You will lead technical design for features across the agent and backend, and collaborate with product and design on specifications and timelines.
  • You will be part of a team whose main goal is to work together to build the best product we can. We enjoy what we do and we always aim to get better.
  • You will take part in an on-call rotation to handle urgent issues.
