We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in ITOM, CSDM and integrations to support the multi-source, service-aware and self-healing CMDB. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and ServiceNow engineers to deliver future-proof, data-driven solutions that empower stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to assess incoming demands and ensure data-related solution decisions are future-proof
- Work with ServiceNow engineers to create, refine and realize user stories
- Remediate incidents and fulfill requests within your area of responsibility
- Apply creative thinking, both conceptually and practically, to solve complex challenges
- Create holistic solutions that address business and technical needs
- Empower business stakeholders to realize and govern data effectively
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with team members and stakeholders
