We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst who is eager to develop strong analytical skills and contribute to data-driven business decision-making. In this role, you will work with business data, analyze key performance indicators, identify trends and patterns, and prepare clear, structured insights to support management and different business teams.

Responsibilities

Development, maintenance, and regular updating of Management Information Dashboards featuring key business performance indicators.
Collection, processing, validation, and consolidation of data from various sources.
Analytical support for internal and cross-functional projects.
Conducting plan vs. actual, comparative, and trend analysis.
Participation in the preparation of forecasts, financial, and operational models.
Preparation of regular and ad hoc management reports.
Development of analytical insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Preparation of presentations, charts, and analytical materials for management.
Identification of deviations, risks, and potential growth opportunities.
Automation and optimization of reporting processes.
