Senior Migration Consultant - Clinical Data Programming

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Sponsors and CROs to interpret legacy clinical database structures, protocol specifications, and data mapping requirements, applying Veeva migration best practices.
• Perform data transformation, mapping, and script validation on large, complex clinical datasets extracted from legacy platforms (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm).
• Lead end-to-end data migration delivery across complex, active clinical trials per the project plan, coordinating closely with cross-functional technical teams.
• Develop and configure validation scripts, and custom SQL-based listings to ensure data integrity, auditability, and cleanliness during ingestion into Veeva DQS and Vault CDMS.
• Provide feedback to the Vault CDMS & DQS product teams based on real-world customer migration challenges, data volume bottlenecks, and client requirements.
• Contribute to reusable migration tools, data mapping templates, and automation initiatives, mentoring junior team members throughout the migration lifecycle.
