Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management. Experience with GCP is a plus.
Ruby Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting applications built in Ruby on Rails (understanding of Bundler, Puma/Passenger, and memory management).
Software Development Background: A strong understanding of modern software engineering principles. If you started your career as a developer and transitioned into DevOps, this is a huge plus!
AI/ML Infrastructure Experience: Practical experience supporting AI/ML features (e.g., working with vector databases like Pinecone/Milvus/pgvector, managing API integrations with major LLM providers, or handling local model deployments and GPU scaling).
Own the Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
