Lead Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an exceptionally talented Lead Backend Engineer to join our rapidly growing consulting team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile projects at the cutting edge of the software industry.
• 10+ years development experience with backend technologies, including experience with modern backend architecture (i.e. microservices, etc.)
• Significant development experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services (Azure preferred)
• Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, distributed applications using independent services, focusing on APIs, containers, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and CI/CD.
• Experience collaborating with ML/AI specialists to translate models into scalable, reliable backend solutions (deployment, monitoring, performance, data flow).
• Team Leadership and management experience
