What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B division and work on the experience our business partners go through from their very first step with us.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, from first entry to a fully activated, active account
- Design the activation experience for our financial products, helping partners understand what's available to them, why it matters, and how to get value from it
- Design tools that let partners manage their own structure inside the product, organizations, teams, roles, and permissions
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions with real partners, and with a UX Writer to make complex, formal content genuinely readable
- Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production
