As the Product Designer for Nextdoor's Monetization pillar, you'll be a key player in driving our design vision for the experiences that generate sustainable revenue for Nextdoor while strengthening the neighborhood. You'll join a small team of designers and work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape end-to-end experiences that deliver measurable business impact without compromising trust or engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and UX strategy for monetization experiences, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive measurable revenue impact
- Design cohesive, end-to-end journeys that move customers from first discovery to long-term, repeat value, reducing friction at every step
- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that improve engagement, conversion, and retention while maintaining a positive user experience
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing with product and analytics teams to measure and optimize the impact of UX improvements on revenue and key business metrics
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in UI components across surfaces
